GSA (8a) STARS II Constellations:

The 8(a) STARS II GWAC design consists of two constellations (tiers) based on industry accreditation.  Constellation I (C1) includes industry partners with competitive pricing and technical proficiency.  Constellation II (C2) includes industry partners who have competitive pricing, technical proficiency, and an additional industry credential.  Constellation II prime contractors provide the same strengths as Constellation I, plus the added benefit of either a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level II+ Services or Development credential and/or an ISO 9001:2008 or later credential. In addition, each of the 8(a) STARS II constellations includes four functional areas designated by the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS).  BuddoBot Inc. was awarded all functional areas within Constellation I: C1FA1, C1FA2, C1FA3, C1FA4
