Federal Contracts Management Specialist: (Corporate) Reviews solicitations and prepares routine response for proposals, bids, and contract modifications. May also prepare simple requests for proposals. Analyzes contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit procedure. Drafts and negotiates simple contractual instruments commensurate with skills and grade level. Communicates contract policy and practice to internal business teams. Ensures contract review, approval and execution in accordance with corporate and/or business unit guidelines.

Computer Forensics Analyst: (Client Site) Under general direction, This position requires competency in computer forensics, electronic discovery, and information security. The primary purpose of this position is to conduct computer forensic investigations, data recovery, electronic discovery, and respond to incidents. The candidate will be expected to have a solid foundation of technical experience and expertise, possess strong communication skills, and exceed our clients’ expectations. *Secret Clearance Required
